Shipping & Returns

Australian Shipping

  • Free shipping is offered on all orders within Australia over $50
  • $10 Shipping is applied on orders under $50
  • Express shipping is available for a flat rate of $12
  • For standard shipping we use Couriers Please courier service that deliver to metro areas in 2-4 business days but may take up to 7-10 days for remote areas.
  • For Express Shipping we use Australia Post and you can check postage delivery times using the post code 3011 here: https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times/#/

  • A $10 redelivery fee will apply for the following reasons:
  • Entering an incorrect address at checkout, causing your order to be sent back to us.
  • Not picking up your item from the post office or courier depot, causing your order to be sent back to us.
  • Free shipping is subject to change at any time without notice.


International Shipping

  • We have partnered with DHL Express Go Green to provide fast, secure and carbon reduced shipping.  
  • Shipping to NZ is 1-3 days.
  • Shipping to US, EU and UK is 3-5 days.

Returns


We understand purchasing a fragrance online can be daunting, which is why every 50ml fragrance includes a complimentary 2ml sample to try first.


Simply test the 2ml sample before opening your 50ml fragrance to make sure you love it as much as we think you will.


If it’s not right, simply follow the steps for your return within 30 days of your purchase:

  • Contact us at returns@tulita.co with a copy of your order number
  • Our Returns team will email and confirm the returns address to send your unopened and undamaged 50ml fragrance.
  • Include your order number inside the box, and the reason for your return so we can track your order and payment method.
  • Once received and assessed as undamaged, an exchange, refund or credit will be issued to your original payment method.

Where you have purchased a product from us that:
1. is faulty, unsafe, contains a defect, or is not of acceptable quality, appearance or finish;
2. is not fit for its intended purpose; or
3. does not match the product image or our description.


We will accept returns and provide you with an exchange, credit note or refund (at your election) using your original payment method. However, we reserve the right not to offer a credit note, exchange or refund where the goods have become of unacceptable quality as a result of your misuse, damage or neglect.


You just need to do the following:

  • Contact us at returns@tulita.co with a copy of your order number.
  • Make sure the product is in good condition and is only lightly sampled.
  • Our Returns team will email and confirm the return address.
  • Include your order number inside the box, and the reason for your return so we can track your order and payment method.


Tulita Parfum Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure the returned parcel.


Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be credited to your original form of payment.


Please note: Original shipping charges will not be refunded.


Slight changes in colour of your natural fragrance is normal and can be reduced by avoiding light exposure. For this reason changes to colour are not accepted as a faulty product for return unless a distinct change in the fragrance profile can be detected upon application within 90 days of your purchase.
